Prince Harry has asked his brother William to be his best man
- Sovereign Harry has requested that his sibling William be his best man at his wedding to Meghan Markle.
- The regal wedding will occur on Saturday May 19 at late morning UK time.
Kensington Palace has declared that Prince Harry has solicited his sibling The Duke from Cambridge to be his best man when he weds Meghan Markle.
The castle made the declaration on Thursday through a progression of tweets.
“The Duke of Cambridge is respected to have been asked, and is especially anticipating supporting his sibling at St George’s Chapel, Windsor on May nineteenth,” one tweet said.
“Sovereign Harry filled in as best man to The Duke of Cambridge at his wedding to Miss Catherine Middleton in 2011.”

The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will start at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle at early afternoon (UK time) on Saturday May 19.
